In general, no complaints if you plan B. The doctor warned against nausea and vomiting possible, but I had several times and never ill. Just eat something before it. And I would wait several weeks before they take a pregnancy test to be sure.
A negative pregnancy test shows it worked.
Often no symptoms, except that pregnancy does not occur.
